Biography

Giacomo Menegardi is the recent winner of the „Premio Venezia 2023“. He has performed in numerous concerts and competitions in Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, France, Scotland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Russia, and the United States. As a soloist, he has appeared with orchestras including the Orchestra of Teatro La Fenice in Venice, the Orchestra of Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa, and the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto. He has released two recordings for KNS Classical and Amadeus magazine. He graduated with a Second-Level Academic Diploma from the A. Steffani Conservatory in Castelfranco Veneto, receiving the highest marks, cum laude, and a special mention. He is currently attending the Advanced Training Course at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome, where he studies with Benedetto Lupo.
